Lioness carved fully in the round for this epic rainbowy Australian boulder opal. 22K gold. This piece turned out so wonderfully! I love the lioness.

It was really difficult to capture all the colors that this opal had inside: flashes of orange and gold, reds, greens to blues to purples.. Plus the wavey surface of the stone gave it a lot of movement.
