I love making these ‘Storybook’ bands, and this one in particular was a joy to carve. Cicada wing, staghorn lichen, cedar, ferns, ginkgo leaves. 18K yellow gold.

This is the scattered ginkgo leaves + diamonds ring from my shop, plus a custom-carved ginkgo branch wedding band made to fit alongside. 14K white gold, aquamarine, diamonds.

I carved these ocean waves with something of a feathery rococo look to them, and the scallop shell motifs fit right in. Bezel set with a bright seafoam-green tsavorite garnet custom cut by Geologic Spectrum.

Pair of snarling foxes in wintry tree branches with a pair of fiery spessartite garnets, one a glowy orange-red burning coal, and the other a bright orange-yellow flame. 14K rose gold.

A custom solitaire carved for this fantastic 2 1/4ct diamond: Sun & moon motifs on either shoulder, rabbit & owl motifs carved on the gallery views of the bezel.

This is a very PNW sort of ring: sword ferns & Nootka rose. It was made as a wedding band to fit alongside the solitaire (not the one pictured below though–I just used that one as a stand-in for photos). 14K gold.

Geckos and grasses carved around and holding an amazing free-form Mexican opal. 18K, opal, and diamonds.

I love to complain about how my lightbox never captures the fire in opals, and this is no joke–observe:

Can you even believe it? This is the same ring underneath a lamp. This opal was like this little oceany jelly drop and I wanted to eat it.
