This is a new, larger iteration of a design I did a while back, but with a larger stone. The diamond here measures 1.65ct (~7.3mm) and I scaled up the snake to fit. I love this ring!
snake scale wedding band
This is a wedding band carved with a little swoop to fit up against my snake solitaire. The accompanying band is a classic style with a little snake carved into the inside of the band. 18K and diamonds.
antique diamond snake ring
This amazing antique diamond needed a setting.. And since there can never be too many snake rings, it seemed like just the perfect thing. 1.95ct antique pear-cut diamond (with a crazy high-profile table & nice fat culet!) and 18K yellow gold. I LOVE how this guy turned out.

This ring turned out wonderfully! Custom snake ring curled around a jelly-orange carnelian. Shoulders are carved with an Old European cut diamond-set cicada, and the Pleiades constellation with the central Maia star also an Old European cut diamond.
The base has a dogwood flower carved on the inside curling around the base to the outside. Just a little something-something. More photos after the click:

This awesome thing was designed for a wonderfully delicate pink cushion diamond. Set in a quatrefoil design with pointy prong tips holding it fast, we also have blooming roses, leaves, buds, and of course, little garden snakes curled among the foliage.
Little bright white diamonds are set in the heads of the snakes, because that’s just how this world turns.
