amethyst pendant
This was a stone sent to me by the client: she wanted it removed from the current setting (a very simple and clunky prong situation) and have it remade into a new little something-something. It’s hard to judge scale from the photo, but the stone is about 1 inch in diameter—HUGE!
The new something: a custom designed Apple Blossoms & Songbird pendant in 14K gold. It turned out so nicely!!

bumblebee charm pendant
This was a commission from a husband to his wife who was about to complete the full northbound Appalachian Trail hike. That’s 2190.9 miles, ya’ll! I was super impressed. I’d love to do an epic hike like this someday.

swirled, crepe-y carved pearl drop pendant
This pendant was inspired in part by Fujikasa Satoko’s sculpture. She makes these blindingly gorgeous flowing sculptures reminiscent of billowing silk, crepe-y poppy leaves, Loie Fuller’s dress dance..
The pearl is super smooth Tahitian with a cool greenish-pistachio color and lots of rainbow-y overtones. More images after the click:

octopus pearl pendant
This pearl is about the side of the top of my thumb—it is giant! And Tahitian, and with a really nice peacock-y iridescence. I carved this little octopus guy for it and it just turned out so cool! 18K yellow gold.
